ReplyDeleteAbsolutely incredible! I am so glad that it is over. Even 5 years ago I doubt that you would have been "breezed" through a surgery like that so swiftly. Now, you are home and able to let us all know. God is good for sure and He loves His Deena. Like we all do! I love hearing about the technology part of it all. Why can't it just be so easy to have a cure?
ReplyDeleteThat just wags my tail, Deena. So happy to get your good news!

My first reaction is terror, but your positiveness (positivity?) has calmed me down. Love your blog, read it daily - signing myself Anonymous so the trolls don't track me to my blog before I'm ready to go public - xxx

Ok...if you're not going to tell everyone I will. When Deena was dealing with the new news (now old news) she was still up in the mornings touring round her house doing housework and looking through graphics to have for Xmas ads for her PG site, and her grands had visited...gosh...scary imagining what she's gonna be accomplishing when all of this is out of her life. Maybe we should all let the UN or somebody know we have the person who can resolve world peace while making her coffee in the morning. :-) Oh yeah, forgot to mention she helped some others get their blogs started. Who is this woman?! Now, ROFL pins in head calling it a crown, nobody or nothing going to hold her down! Remarkable! Truly inspiring.
ReplyDeleteChurch
I am so glad that God has bless you! You are a surviver! God is good all the time!
ReplyDeleteI liked your ROFL! you made me smile :).....I could just see you doing it!
Deena, you rest now and
be safe in Jesus!

Deena, I'm thinking of you often and keeping you in my prayers. It's amazing what you've been through and yet your attitude is still so positive and up. God bless medical technology and may God continue to guide the hands and hearts of your doctors.
ReplyDeletePraise God for such a procedure right there in your own back yard. It sounds just like him!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Lallee
Deena, What a 'laggart' I am for not keeping up with you...I had no idea this was going on. I remember reading about the gamma knife because I was wishing I had gone that route with my benign tumor. For some one who has gone through the ringer, you look lovely, and your attitude is precious-touched by Him. You DO have the courage of a lion-the Lion of Judah. Much love, Debra
ReplyDeleteOH DEENA!!!
ReplyDeleteYour update gave me tears of joy!!!
And your comment about the brain made me laugh and now all day today I am going to be singing
"IF I ONLY HAD A BRAIN" from Wizard of Oz....Doesn't cancer make you feel like your not in Kansas anymore? It did for me, no ruby slippers for us, just a love of life and a strong sense of who God is!!!
Love you kid,
Amy (Mom to the Four Sisters)
You are truly an inspiration to all!
