''''''''''I Had An MRI MonDay"""""""

I will post when I get any news. I have hardly done ONE bit of gardening this summer
but my Sweet Autumn Clematis is blooming , smells so good.

I am getting a hair cut tomorrow. I will try to post a picture after I get home.

Sorry I've been MIA, I have no pep.
Our summer was no fun .

Hope my friends out there will let me know how
your summers were.
Any flower pix to share??
PLEASE DO!!!

My two oldest grandsons are playing football now
one a Freshman , one a Junior. When they are close
to home and I feel decent ,we go.

I had an MRI on Monday, I have no results yet.
thanks for caring. October is 4 years fighting the brain tumors.

  10. So glad to see you in blogland again, Deena. Keeping you in my prayers.

It's been too hot in Southeast Texas for flowers ... everything is brown. The Man and I have been away from home almost six weeks now, enjoying the cooler temps in Southern California. Some beautiful flowers here, for sure.

    God bless you.

  12. Dear Sweet Deena! Thank you so much for the email and posting ..I wonder where the above bloggers from Texas live, I have been surrounded by wild fires for over a week...scarey. I actually had some flowers come back after out unusually hard freeze this past winter, and I have been faithfully watering them as I was so thankful they came back to me. I planted the same in Bakersfield when we lived thier in the 80's so im thinking they love the hot dry weather.
Thanks again for posting..have really missed you and been concerned. Will be praying in earnest for your MRI results and continued healing. : ) Jackie (dove2mist)

I have no hydrangeas they died almost a month ago. I do not have it in me to do much this fall, think I will just wait till next spring and start again.....

  26. Hi Deena, I think of you more often than you know and you are always in my prayers. I hope everything went well with the MRI and that you are feeling better. I wish I had flowers to show you but we had a terribly hot summer here in Arizona so my flowers are gone. Looking forward to cooler temps soon, we hope. :) I hope this Autumn brings you much healing and renewed energy.
    Sending you a hug & loving thoughts~

  27. Deena, great to have you back. Hope your MRI has good results. I spent most of my summer inside because of the extreme heat we had. Not sure if you read, but I had a stroke at some point and it only affected my hands, which is not good, because it's now too difficult to do the beading I used to do. I also had a heart attack and had to have a stent put in. It really took its toll on me and I became very depressed and have no energy to do anything. Was also diagnosed with diabetes and am on medication now for that. Other wise, I am doing well and on a strict diet. I really miss everyone in blogland and haven't been blogging very much. Hope all goes well for you. You are in my prayers. Love, Pat

  28. I'm always so glad when you post, even if it's just short and sweet. You are always in my prayers, Deena! I consider you my hero, my mentor, the one who showed me the path through breast cancer! And you are still doing that. Thank you! No flowers here. We had such a dry summer and sooooooo hot! I just couldn't take the heat outside, so I became a hermit.

  30. Hi again Deena - today I posted on the amazing Moonflowers that have taken over the front porch! A few shots of them at night when the perfume is so sweet, then early morning before they curl up. Soon I'll be taking them down - they're annuals - but you can be certain I'll plant more next Spring to show them off to you again dear.

So please stop by if only to look at the flowers - I understand if you're not up to commenting which is just fine. Hopefully you'll have renewed energy soon and can tell us a little of what's going on. We all miss you very much.

Sending love and hugs - Mary (and of course, Bob!) XX
