  2. Only 14 days until you're finished!! Fabulous!!

The Race is on Mother's Day here in Philly. This will be my first time to walk as a survivor. I walked from 1999 to 2004, but haven't been able to walk since then because of, what else, breast cancer. I'm looking forward to being part of the sea of pink, though I know it's going to be overwhelming. I'll be walking for you and Sherry and my mom and all our BC sisters!

  4. The rose illustration is so pretty. I love all wild birds and have spent many hours over the years watching them at my backyard feeders . . . however, we don't have some of the stunning birds you have in Illinois--the Tanagers and Orioles, among others. You are so blessed. I am praying for your friends each day. ~Jann

  6. I'm ashamed to admit that I'm not reading a lovely book like Orange Mint and Honey but a detective novel by Martha Grimes. I love your list of joys - they just make me feel good. Get better each day and Happy Mother's Day.

  9. I've missed a couple of days commenting...one day was filled with doctor appts. and the other, I spent with a little granddaughter with the dreaded
CHICKEN POX ! She needed company and good things to eat and movies to watch with her Memaw....It did my heart more good than hers, probably !!
Thanks for sharing your lovely joys...
