Instead of worrying about it, Nicole (my oldest daughter and middle child)
came over & cleaned the house. Then we took pictures!!! Lots of them,
some are just for ME, just in case I loose a breast (which I am not planning, nor do I
think I will). Had some yummy BBQ chicken pizza too!!
We also took some pictures of US!! I have my new earryings in too!
We laughed so hard.
My grandson Cole, who's 6, took some pictures of us
2 girls, well maybe 3 girls as my Hannah dog wanted to join
in the fun.
Time for some beauty sleep for the Princess!
thanks for caring..each one of you !!
Deena
Oh Deena ... I just had some time to go back through and read your previous posts on your blog. I'm sitting here with tears just rolling down my face. Knowing what you've been through the last two years having your FIL living there ... and now what you are facing, I'm praying that things will work out for him to go and live someplace else. I'm praying for you that your chat with Mercedes will go okay. :( I'm so glad that Nicole was able to come and pamper you ... the two of you are so beautiful ... those are such wonderful photos. I wish I had been a better friend to you the last few months. I know I don't have to tell you what I'm talking about. I'm sorry for being absent. Wishing I could hug you for real ... sending "cyber hugs" and many, many prayers for you dear one.
ReplyDeleteGod bless,

Cancer is not an easy thing to deal with , and when you couple that with family issues.. it has to be most difficult...
ReplyDeleteit is never easy to tell your daughters that you have Breast Cancer... because besides the concern they have for you they immediately think (wow, am I carrying that gene too?)
I am praying for you not only as you determine the course of treatment that you will choose... but dealing with the feelings and fears of your daughters... while dealing with your own fears.
Be Encouraged
Deena, your daughter is just so beautiful...I don't think I've ever seen a pic of her before...it sounds like you two had a fun time:o)!
ReplyDeleteKeeping you in my prayers...
Hi Deena, It was so wonderful talking with you today. I hope I didn't overwhelm you with too much info. As you know, tomorrow will be my 1 year date of my diagnosis of BC. I still remember so clearly all the feelings and emotions of it all. I must say, looking back it was a very special time in my life. I really believe God uses ALL of it for good. I have made the most wonderful friends, (like you) and continue to do so because of cancer.
ReplyDeleteI'm here for ya and will be praying for you about tomorrow.
with love,
joanna
