Update and Prayer Request


Hi Blog Friends


Letting you know, I am still continuing to feel well. I'm eating a bit more, still driving, staying out of bed during the day.. getting a bit more hair..and even got out this weekend. Rich and I went to the movies..Slumdog Millionaire (Great Film) out for lunch..and to my son's for my grandson's 13th birthday on Sunday.

I know LOTS need prayers, but I ask for prayers for Pat, Andrina and Amy. Pat & Andrina are suffering from long term pain and illness. Amy is having her implants removed from her breasts on Feb 6th ( MAYBE ..she has pneumonia now).. Amy is a Breast Cancer survivor who's implants have caused her pain for too long.

    Deena my heart is so happy for you! Every update gives me chills, and a big smile and "Praise the Lord!" Of course I'll pray for the others, no prayer is ever wasted!!

    So glad you are continuing to improve...that makes me so happy to read!

    I would be honored to pray for all of the friends you mentioned. As you know, I am so aware in my life how prayer really does change things!

    P.S. My hair is starting to come in dark, just like yours - and it reminds me of dirt, just like you said about yours! LOL (It was coming in all gray at first.)

    Hi sweetie!
    You know you have my thoughts and prayers everyday. Praise God that you are over some major hurdles.....and taking steps to recover some normalcy in your life.

    I can't tell you how proud I am of you for your honesty. We are all here for you when you need that warm hug, soft prayer and a peck on the cheek (smooch!). We love you and will never abandon you!

    By the way my love, how was the movie? Did you eat some treats?

    So glad to read that you are feeling so much better and got to go out to lunch and a movie. I heard that was a good movie...will have to see it myself.

    Deena I am so happy and glad that you are doing better. My hair has finally came in all the way. It is much wavier now but no complaints here trust me.     Deena, I am so happy for you. It seems like you had a wonderful weekend and that is a huge milestone for you.Your hair hopefully will grow fast....mine looks like a mohawk or a skunk with a stripe at the top right now,lol.I know you will get stronger each and every day.

    I am just meeting you today. And I feel that you are a kindred spirit indeed. You have my prayers and my good thoughts.
    I hope that your hair will grow at an alarming rate just as it did when you were new to the world. But I must also be so blunt as to say that you have a lovely head. My skull is very lumpy ( a phrenologist's dream :)! )
    I look forward to visiting and would stay longer buy my Dear Husband stopped at the library and came home with 4 Jane Austen's that I want to vanish in.
