Rich and I and 55 other went to Memphis for Blues competition from Feb 3 to Feb 6th.
It was WAY cold there. I love music, but cold is not fun for me
We had 2 buses and it took about8 hours .
I am talking to my Dr. to see if we can get
some brain surgery soon. I should hear something
this week.
I am praying Spring comes early and
I have gotten rid of my brain tumors.
Rich and I have our 18th anniversary on Sunday.
My oldest daughter got a new job as a Wine Sale Associate...she loves it.
Sending you hugs, dear Deena!
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed the music, but the cold makes things not so enjoyable.
ReplyDeleteI'm praying for you, dear friend.
Hugs, Karen
Happy Anniversary!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on not loving the cold...
although I don't like hot, hot weather either.
Hmm, I sound a bit hard to please.
But Spring and Fall are great! lol
I wish it had not been so cold on you. This would have been a wonderful trip a month from now. Memphis is pretty much snowed in today, many wrecks all over the area.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary to you both!! I had my 42th one the 8th of Feb. Take care, and I hope you get some good news from the Doctor.
Loretta
Happy Anniversary sweet friend!
ReplyDeleteBrrrr...it's been cold everywhere, including here in Florida, where it's been very un-Florida like this year.
I pray for you every night.
Hugs,
Kat
Deena..... the Father God has once again placed you on my heart in such a strong way and I want you to know that I will intercede on your behalf..... I will believe that HE will quickly move you into a place that the Drs. can help you once again... I pray that you come to the Spring time with good health..... and ready to enjoy the shine and new life of the Spring season..
ReplyDeleteHello there Deena! Glad to hear your daughter has found a job that she enjoys! That is so important, and not always easy to find! Hugs! Maridon
ReplyDeleteThat's a long trip and the cold DOES make everything miserable. I will keep you in my prayers that the doctors can get rid of those brain tumors. You're on my heart and in my prayers. Diane
ReplyDeleteI'm praying with you and for you Deena. I wish it had been warmer for your trip, but I'm so grateful you were able to go. Hopefully, next trip will see some sun and warmth, this winter has been unbearable!
ReplyDeleteMy son's band was IN the blues competition in Memphis last year. Had a lot of fun.
ReplyDelete:)
Glad you got to go; sure hope you feel better soon!
~Becca~
Continuing to pray that God intervenes in His own special way in your life to bless you and heal you. Blessings, Ann
ReplyDeleteSo ready for the cold to be over and then we can go outside and feel the sunshine pour all over us...more proof that God loves us :) Hugs to you my friend.
ReplyDeleteHey pretty lady :) thinking about you.
ReplyDeleteMuch love to you and warm days to come...
Jill
Checking in and thinking of you every day. Hoping doctors give you good news and can help soon. Spring will be here soon~~ :) Jackie
ReplyDeleteThat's a long trip, even longer in a bus. I hope this week warms up, as forecasted, and I hope you get good news from your doctor.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day tomorrow for you and your hubby!
Hi dear! It's been cold here in San Antonio so I know what you mean...brrr!
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentines Day to you and yours!
Deanna :D
Happy Anniversary dear friend!
ReplyDeleteI have one lone robin here who has been in the cedar trees all winter. It seems like every time I go out the door-he does his little 'chirp' sound. He loves eating the cedar berries, and does not seem to mind the winter-he just chirps and eats and chirps and eats...But I do love his happy greeting, and I take it very personally-he's talking to ME!
I'm praying for you friend.
I love you.
Debra
I'm so sorry you have to go through that again...with prayers will come warm weather and good health for you...if I was close by I would be giving you a hug right now...God Bless you dear Deena..... judy
ReplyDeleteMy mother said she felt the prayers. I pray you are feeling the prayers and the out pouring of love surrounds you. Praying for your recovery... God Bless you dear Deena! Kelly
