An Update and who's watching American Idol

I'm doing well. Life has been good .

My hair is almost covering my entire scalp.

Eating ok & have seen my BFF Marcia, which makes me happy.

We've been watching American Idol & I think I have my fave selected.  Tis Danny Gokey, but I do like Michael Sarver , Scott Mc Namara, Anoop and Lil Rounds.

Do you have faves yet??

I'm predicting that Adam Lambert will win ..He's good, but something about him

creeps me out, and I feel like he's trying to be David Cook.  No WAY kid!!

Smooth Jazz & Support Komen for the Cure

In support of a cause near and dear to his heart, Anders Holst has partnered

up with the Greater New York City Affiliate of Susan G. Komen For The Cure

®. During the entire month of March, all proceeds from the iTunes sales of

the track “All About Soul” will be donated to help eradicate breast cancer

as a life threatening disease.

The song is Anders’ interpretation of the

Billy Joel original, and the first single from the new album, Romantika.

Starting March 1st, everybody should pass this message and the song on to

other smooth jazz lovers who want to support a good cause!

I AM a Pink Warrior

I went to my follow up appt. for my EchoCardioGram. In December

I was taken off Herceptin because my heart function

declined . (Herceptin can do this)

Last weeks Echo shows my heart is performing as well

now , as before Herceptin.

Woohoo...I don't have to go back to the Cardiologist.

He released me from his care. I'm GOOD.

Tis great news & that was what I expected.

I even created some art today with my friend, Sally.

It felt good to create.

Robins

Oh my goodness, the Robin's are here & loving these fermented berries.

I couldn't go out to take a pic without scaring them off.

This is through my bedroom window.  There were plenty more on the ground

& the fence.
