Sweet Deena Ann Hi!(((hugs for you)))) Happy Thanksgiving and MANY MORE dear sweet friend! XXOO ( or as they say on "Gossip Girl", ex oh! ex oh!) Thanks for the compliments on my latest pieces! I am having a great time creating! I did remember to tell you I received the little red child's dress from you didn't I? I'm going to use it in something special. Thank you for calling! Good feasting! NTG
Thank you so much for the postcard you sent to me!! I was surprised. Very sweet of you. I'm WISHING you all a wonderful and Happy Thanksgiving. Be blessed, Joyce M.
Thank you so much for your wishes, and I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving Day as well. God Bless you and your family. Make many memories today... and every day!
I know I left you a Thanksgiving Day message. There is one thing I notice when I visit your blog, the very first thing that shows up on the screen before anything else is your picture and the comment "I want me back". I don't know if that's on purpose or if that's just the way it happens. But, let me encourage you sweetheart, YOU are still there. Everything you see in that beautiful picture of yourself is still there. YOU are still there Deena! Don't you let yourself forget that. Actually, when you beat this whole thing, you will not want your "old self" back. I know I didn't. I remember telling my husband that if the ONLY reason I had to go through my breast cancer was to learn how to love and accept him for everything that he is... I would gladly and devoutly go through it again. He looks at me with those big brown eyes as if I were a crazy woman, and I really meant it. Our entire husband/wife/friend/lover relationship completely became something so much more than it could ever have been if I (me) had not gone through what I went through, with him by my side the entire time. Maybe that was the only reason I had to go through what I did... was to learn to appreciate the man who loved me for everything I was. God works in such awesome ways. Or the reality might still be that I don't yet know why God spare my life. It will all work out in time and be revealed to me in His time.
But, Deena, you, in your heart and soul, are still in there. Physical appearance means nothing to the Lord. You are a beautiful woman... you are His creation! How precious is that?
Hugs, and love in Him, Your sista in Christ, Penny Sue
