The Weekend

It's Christmas every day here, my lovely friends are so generous and supportive, I am just overwhelmed. I DO Pay It Forwad too..especially when I feel good!!
Grandson Cole & I when he was born 7/30/01, best smile I could find on me's a circus here & Rich is the Ringmaster !! Friday I pressed the FIRE panic button on our security system..WHY?? Well I have brain damage, DUH!! LOL
I had prayed for God to let me see batty that evening & when Rich went out with the dog cuz of this craziness, Batty was out there, he called me & got to see Batty. WEIRD?? NO ...God answers ALL prayers.

I couldn't get it reset and couldn't find the Guide for it, so it went off about 20 minutes. Then Rich just flipped the circuit & luckily that was the only thing on that circuit.

We were giggling so hard before that ..I was sharing bank stories with Rich before the FIRE fiasco.

I was sick Saturday & Sunday, but good enough to get out for a bit. Went to get more Cuddleduds, lovely long unders for us gals. See me in mine?? Got a cute hat, gloves & scarf for winter.

Went to S'more Couture & got more Christmas presents with my BFF Marcia & my BFF Sally came in too..teehee with Amy it was the four girlfriend show & we had such fun.

Sunday I miss church as I was so sick, so hurting and so tired, but later..(is it the debil??) felt good enough to go see "Secret Life Of Bees" ..LOVELY movie, wonderful cast!! 3. Morning our dear Deena, I just love getting up and seeing your new banners, I have photo-shop elements but do not know how to use it, I got a big book but as you know after chemo, even after ten years I still can not concentrate enough to figure it out, need someone to show me. I will put that on my list. I hope you have a wonderful day, enjoy the fall weather. I am up at the cottage and the fall leaves are so beautiful, wish you could come up for a visit. Big Hugs Deb

  17. A couple years back I got my Mom "Life Alert". She was a royal you know what about her independence. She kept firing everyone I'd hire the next day. So I make her get Life Alert and she gets sulky with me. Few days later I get a call from her local Fire Department man in NY. I'm all scared and I ask if Mom is alright. He says yes but that he thinks she shouldn't have Life Alert anymore. I ask WHY??!!! He says, "cause the ALERT keeps going off and we rush over but she has coffee and cookies ready!!!" ROFL. My Mom had always loved she's hitting the button with lunch ready and Ambulance and Fire Hunks keep arriving to the rescue. They took Mom's Life Alert away. Nancy/Church
