Prayers Answered but Please Keep Praying

Hello my friends
I received this email yesterday

Deena: Thanks for the prayer and it must be working. Little Eva got a clean CT and Bone scan. Cancer has not spread. PTL. She will have the surgery on Monday to remove the growth behind her heart. It is about the size of her fist and in a precarious place. The surgeons will have to use great care. May God enhance the skills that He gave them. Deena, as if Little Eva's situation isn't enough, just about an hour ago, Kristi's son Jack (aged 4) had a seizure while with his Dad at the local Target. So the EMT's just brought him to the ER here at Dallas Medical City. Kristi is devastated. I have no knowledge of that situation, except they are testing him. I keep repeating prayer that St. Faustina wrote on the bottom of the portrait of Divine Mercy: Jesus I Trust in You. That is all I can do. I continue to remember you in your battle. I pray the chemo treatment is not making you too ill to function.

God bless you, Deena

Keep Praying!!
Tis my joy today
fondly, Deena

  2. Good Morning Deena,

Smiles to you! It is a sunny glorious day here in Western New York. Thank You Lord JesuS! Hope you are feeling better today.

All Glory To God for little Eva's Good News! I will keep on praying for her, Jack and the family. I am so sorry about Jack's seizure...hopefully they will get to the bottom of the problem and be able to control it. The family is certainly in need of many prayers.

  3. Hi Deena,
I've had company this weekend so I'm trying to catch up with everybody today.

I will be praying for this family and these precious children.

I must say, you look very fetching in your new hats! I didn't see where you modeled the wig yet unless I missed that too. Cole is so right, you are even beautiful bald!

    Love and Hugs,
    Hope

  14. Deena,

I will be praying for Eva, Jack and the families.

Michelle regressed and had to go and have fluid taken off her incision this morning. Hubby went and got Brandon and brought him here. Jordan was at his friends.

Michelle is home now but has a nurse coming in tomorrow to change her dressing and back to the GYN on Tuesday. Please keep her in your prayers.

Praying for you and hoping you are having a good day. I'm feeling a bit better.

    Blessings,
    Mary
